we asked for a good sized room with balconies, a huge bathroom and real linen and got one. the personnel was exceptionally pleasant and outstandingly accommodating as expected.
Well, Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Fairly clean hotel, the staff was very helpful and efficient.
Location: the hotel was so close to the Degollado Theater, and the restaurant most accommodating. They gave us great value and new-fashioned standard king room with a huge bathroom. The breakfasts were good hot and the service was great!

Nice building in colonial style with large patios, therefore most rooms have windows to the interioir whic helps to reduce noise from the busy traffic. Rooms are OK and not too small. Breakfest is OK.
Furniture, doors, bathrooms etc. are a little bit used. Not much money has been invested the last 10-20 years. In our bathroom (room 40) the extractor was out of order and the roof showed traces of damage by moisture. Bulbs were deffect or lacking. Room service like to switch on the T.V. with high volume when cleaning the rooms.

The hotel had a charming ambiance, set in a lovely historic-style building. the bedroom was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Central heating worked perfectly, and the flat-screen TV with cable channels was a nice touch. the bed was comfortable, and the location was ideal, right by the large fountain in the heart of the city.

The room was big with nice balcony overlooking a small plaza. It is in the historic centro, easy walking to the large plazas, shopping, internet cafe, and lots of restaurants. Great shower. Good breakfast buffet. Nice, competent staff.
